I cancelled my service.

I've sent a letter to the President of the company expressing my dissatisfaction. I have sent a letter to the branch office to cancel my service.

There is nothing else to be done. I'm just one customer of many. I'm sure it won't matter to them one way or the other if I leave. I just needed share my experience.

Companies only care about the bottom line dollars.

Whatever happened to customer service? I guess it went out the window when greed took over.

I have used this company for five years since my house was built. Initially, the service was ok.

I could hear them injecting material into the walls. The service guy would talk to me and tell me what he did and about the bugs. He treated around my house and did not spray chemicals on my windows. I know because I have never allowed them to service my home unless I'm there because I want to see everything they are doing.

They have gone up on the price and down on the service. I still get spiders and bugs. I watched the service guy just today. He never inspected anything.

He sprayed chemicals on my house and windows, even on the screens, which was not done when I first started using them. He didn't inject anything into the walls. He didn't get rid of spider webs nor did he talk to me to tell me what he was doing. Then he left the service sheet - attached.

Where is the detailed service report??? This company is a joke.

I am canceling my service immediately. Don't waste your money!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $472.

Preferred solution: Cancel my service agreement immediately..
